El Salto del Pastor

El salto del pastor looks back to a time when people crossed the steep green ridges of the Canarian mountains using a long, metal-tipped pole to vault from peak to peak without descending. Here, that ancestral skill meets the present: sunlit ocean on the horizon, raw rock and vegetation in dialogue with bold colour fields and pop-urban gestures. The composition holds movement and memory at once—tradition rendered contemporary—so the symbol of the old world stands alive in today’s visual language. 120×100 cm.
